What to expect
I specialize in bodywork that supports the nervous system.
I blend myofascial release, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, Swedish massage, Reiki, and intuitive energy work, weaving a kind of conversation that eases the body back to itself.
I love to listen to what bodies have to say, not just to muscles and fascia, but to the nervous system itself, to the stories bodies tell in whispers and knots and tension.
I provide a trauma informed, nurturing environment, allowing clients the space and safety for their bodies and energy to unwind.
Later, I send a follow-up email with what surfaced, what to keep tending, and the breadcrumbs your soul left you.
It’s body work and energy work meets creative cartography, a map back to yourself.
