Hi! I’m Johanna. I offer in person energy and bodywork sessions in Portland, Oregon.

I specialize in bodywork that supports the nervous system by blending myofascial release, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, Swedish massage, Reiki, and intuitive energy work. My job is to weave a kind of energetic conversation that eases the body back to itself. 

I provide a trauma informed, nurturing environment, allowing clients the space and safety for their bodies and energy to unwind.
