Hello friends,
Well, I’ve been trying to get my rear in gear for yet another SCBWI conference at the end of April (this one, is just for illustrators.) So, in an effort to beef up my portfolio, I’ve been making a lot of new little illustrations like this one. I’ve been hashing out the story behind this illustration for awhile now, with the help of my fantastico kid’s book critique group. More to come soon!

03.25.05 09:30Well we are off for an Easter weekend adventure, which is lucky for me because I haven’t left the city for three months! I plan on having my annual, Early-Morning-Easter-Candy-Fest, which means I eat a pack of Peeps and a chocolate bunny before breakfast, and then spiral into the “dark place” by noon. Why squander such a fantastico ancient tradition?
