aquatic May 25, 2005
The theme for this week’s Illustration Friday is aquatic. As you can see, this fish is totally peeved and anxious. He just read an article about the high levels of mercury in the oceans and rivers today, and it made him really emotional. Luckily, this fish is about to write some letters to various elected officials followed by some vigorous swimming...

I love raeding these articles because they're short but informative.

he is cute, but scares me all at the same time. poor little guy. mercury levels have made tensions rise amongst the deep sea communities.

This fish looks kind of mad. I think he needs an itty-bitty fish for a pet, and he will have to try really hard not to eat the little one.

I love your fish and his comments on the state of his environment...so glad that is not going to just sit and stew but will take action...lol...

What a smart fish to channel his emotions into action! He is really sweet (just don't tell him) looking. I love the delicate details.

What a funny fish. I love his stripes, and the colors are beautiful.
